Questions

Is Maa Commerce Hub free?add

The WordPress plan is. For WordPress and WooCommerce websites, every feature is free for life: orders, products, inventory, customers, enquiries, posts and pages, analytics, Excel exports, team and unlimited websites, with no ads and no card. Other platforms such as Shopify are not part of the free WordPress plan. They will come in future updates, and their pricing will be announced when each one launches.

Do I need Jetpack or the WooCommerce app?add

No. Maa Commerce Hub connects through its own lightweight plugin, the Maa Commerce Connector.

Is it fast on a big store?add

Yes. Lists like orders, products and customers come from Maa Commerce Hub’s own servers, 25 at a time, so a store with thousands of orders opens as fast as a small one. The first sync of a big store runs once in the background. The connector’s Fast sync loads only store plugins while syncing, and if your hosting has Redis or Memcached it turns the object cache on for you.

Will the plugin slow down my website?add

No. Changes are sent right after a page has been delivered to the visitor, the connector never runs on your shop pages, and Fast sync makes its own work lighter. You can turn Fast sync and the automatic object cache off any time in the connector’s Settings.

Can I use photos already on my website?add

Yes. When adding a featured image or product photos, choose Gallery, Camera or Website. Website opens your WordPress Media Library, so nothing has to be uploaded again. Phone photos are resized before upload, so they arrive in seconds.

Does it support WooCommerce?add

Yes. WooCommerce orders, products, stock and customers are the heart of version 1.0, including variable products and stores using High-Performance Order Storage.

Can I connect multiple websites?add

Yes. Add as many WordPress sites as you manage and switch between them in one tap.

Is my customer data secure?add

Pairing is approved by a WordPress admin, uses short-lived codes and never shares your password. Every request between your site and Maa Commerce Hub is signed, and you can see exactly what the connector can access and revoke it any time.

Does it support Shopify?add

Not yet. Shopify is planned. Sign in and use “Notify me” on the roadmap to hear when it has news.

Can I manage WordPress posts and pages?add

Yes, for standard posts and pages. Pages built with visual builders like Elementor get basic edits (title, status, category) and link to their own editor.

Can I issue refunds from the app?add

Refunds stay in WooCommerce on your website, where your payment gateway handles them. The app shows every refund on the order so nothing is hidden.

How do I install the plugin?add

Download the Maa Commerce Connector below, then in WordPress admin open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install and activate. Open “Maa Commerce Hub” in the WordPress menu and scan the QR code with the app.
